Their biggest benefit is the ability to detach the legs above the knees, so you can turn the trousers into shorts, which is very practical for travel. The knee and buttocks area is reinforced with ripstop, which is more resistant to abrasion. The trousers have three pockets and belt loops. The leg hems have an elastic end and a metal hook with which you can attach the legs to high boots. The Kilpi HOSIO-W is available in three colours.
